The Resources section of our website has a new article: "Do You Want to Flourish? Focus On Your Strengths”. In this piece we explore the benefits of nurturing our natural talents. The article draws on the work of Aristotle, Tom Rath, Peter Drucker, Richard Koch, Helen Swaby, Dr Robert Anthony, Steve Jobs and Dr Russell Ackoff – all of whom are in favour of developing our strengths and doing what we love rather than spending too much time trying to correct our weaknesses.
