We're grateful to Kelly Hennessey-Ford, the Director of Keep Safe in Gloucestershire, who has kindly sent us some Keep Safe cards for distribution to interested people.
These are handy little items that could make a big difference to your confidence and peace of mind. The cards are as big as a credit card, ideal for keeping in your wallet or purse.
As you can see from the images, there's room on one side of the card for you to write your name and the name and phone number of a person you would like someone to ring if you ever need help when you're out and about. The other side of the card shows the police numbers that you can ring if you ever need to: 999 for emergencies and 101 for other matters.
These cards are free. If you'd like to have one, just let us know and we'll be happy to send it to you in the post. Ring Michelle on 01989 555006 or email her at michelle@acsyl.co.uk
