The Down's Syndrome Association has just launched Health Swap, a free app that you can download from the App Store or Google Play.
Health Swap was designed to help people with Down's Syndrome and their parents or carers to eat healthier food, be more active and become more comfortable with IT. The app shows how to “eat the rainbow” by preparing and cooking healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and snacks.
