National Star College in Hereford is inviting adults with disabilities in Herefordshire to beat the isolation of coronavirus by signing up for one or more free virtual courses. Topics range from cooking and creative writing to confidence building, mindfulness and resilience.
Registration costs £10 but the courses are free, thanks to funding from Herefordshire Council.
