START OF FREE COURSES MOVED TO END OF FEBRUARY

18 Jan 2021

National Star College in Hereford is inviting adults with disabilities in Herefordshire to beat the isolation of coronavirus by signing up for one or more free virtual courses. Topics range from cooking and creative writing to confidence building, mindfulness and resilience. The original plan was for the courses to start in January but this has been moved to the end of February.

Registration costs £10 but the courses are free, thanks to funding from Herefordshire Council.

To sign up or ask for more information, ring Sasha Narey on 01432 808 740 or send an email to snarey@nationalstar.org
